Customer Service Associate – E‑commerce Email Support

About the role

This position focuses on written customer communication for e‑commerce email support. You will use Hindi and English language skills, typing accuracy, and digital tools to handle customer inquiries in a structured contact‑centre environment.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer support communication via email and approved digital channels with clear, professional writing.
• Understand customer requirements and respond accurately in Hindi or English according to preference.
• Use internet and mobile applications, MS Excel, MS Word, and system navigation tools for support activities.
• Work with CRM, telephony, and contact‑centre applications through Citrix Workspace.
• Maintain high standards of grammar, sentence construction, and subject‑verb agreement while meeting typing speed requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum qualification: Class XII / H.S. Pass.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience (freshers also welcome).
• Fluent in Hindi and English; English competency equivalent to Versant Level 3‑4.
• Typing speed of at least 40 wpm with no errors.
• Written communication level equivalent to CEFR B1.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of internet and mobile applications.
• Proficiency with MS Excel and MS Word.
• Experience using CRM, telephony, and contact‑centre applications.
• Ability to operate within a Citrix Workspace environment.
