Customer Service Associate – Blended Voice & Chat Support

About the role

Fusion CX is hiring Customer Service Associates for blended voice and chat support in Siliguri. The role involves handling customer interactions via phone and chat, providing clear assistance, and maintaining professionalism and empathy.

Key responsibilities

• Handle both voice calls and chat interactions while maintaining a customer‑focused approach.
• Understand customer queries through active listening and effective communication in Hindi and English.
• Navigate multiple systems simultaneously to manage interactions accurately and efficiently.
• Apply patience, empathy, and problem‑solving skills when addressing concerns, especially under pressure.

Required profile

• Minimum qualification: Class XII / H.S. Pass.
• Freshers accepted; prior BPO, e‑commerce, voice or chat support experience is a plus.
• Good command of English and Hindi; knowledge of regional languages is advantageous.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Required skills

• Strong verbal and written communication in English and Hindi.
• Good typing speed and accuracy for chat support.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to navigate multiple systems.
