Customer Service Analyst – Voice (Spanish Expert)

About the role

Accenture is seeking a Spanish‑language expert to join its Customer Service team as a Voice Analyst. In this position you will analyse and resolve lower‑complexity customer issues, ensuring a high level of satisfaction for Spanish‑speaking clients.

Key responsibilities

• Perform analysis and solve lower‑complexity problems for customers via voice channels.
• Provide Spanish‑language support and translation for customer inquiries.
• Collaborate daily with internal peers and update supervisors on progress.
• Follow moderate‑level instructions for routine tasks and detailed guidance for new assignments.
• Contribute as an individual team member while adhering to rotational shift schedules.

Required profile

• 3 to 5 years of experience in customer service or related support roles.
• Any graduate qualification.
• Expert‑level proficiency in Spanish (both written and spoken).
• Willingness to work rotational shifts.
• Ability to work independently with limited client exposure.
