Customer Service Advisor – Healthcare (US Night Shift)

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our US healthcare support team in Bangalore. The role involves handling patient complaints and queries related to policies, claims and reimbursements, primarily during US night‑shift hours.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls for US healthcare clients.
• Assist members with insurance benefits, claim status, eligibility and billing queries.
• Provide accurate information while adhering to quality and compliance standards.
• Document all customer interactions in the system.
• Achieve productivity, quality and customer‑satisfaction targets.

Required profile

• Graduate or undergraduate degree (as per eligibility).
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Basic computer and typing proficiency.
• Willingness to work US rotational night shifts (Monday‑Friday, weekends off).
• Freshers only; BPO experience is a plus.
