About the role

Join Marriott International’s food and beverage team at Golf Course Square in Pune as a Culinarian. You will be responsible for preparing high‑quality dishes, maintaining kitchen hygiene, and supporting the overall dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients by portioning, chopping, washing, peeling, weighing, measuring, and mixing.
• Cook foods according to recipes, quality and presentation standards, using ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryers.
• Test and monitor food for proper doneness and temperature.
• Set up and break down work stations, serve food in correct portions, and ensure proper storage.
• Clean and disinfect kitchen areas, tools, knives, and equipment.
• Follow all company safety, security, and food‑safety policies, reporting any issues promptly.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of related culinary experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift up to 25 lb and perform repetitive motions.
