Corporate Trainer

About the role

The Corporate Trainer will join MHS | My Haul Store’s Bengaluru South office to design and deliver training programs for internal teams such as sales, operations, and account management. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on building product knowledge and practical influencer‑marketing skills through classroom and workshop sessions.

Key responsibilities

• Assess training needs across departments and develop structured learning plans.
• Create and update training materials, including presentations, case studies, and workshop guides.
• Deliver engaging classroom and hands‑on sessions for new hires and existing staff.
• Organize onboarding programs and continuous learning initiatives.
• Track training effectiveness using feedback, performance metrics, and post‑training assessments.
• Collaborate with leadership to align training content with business objectives and industry trends.

Required profile

• Strong facilitation and curriculum design abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, active listening, and rapport‑building skills.
• Solid planning and organizational capabilities, including scheduling and documentation.
• Good understanding of influencer or digital marketing concepts and campaign workflows.
• Analytical mindset to interpret performance data and refine training content.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Education, Marketing, or related field.
• Prior experience as a corporate trainer or in Learning & Development.
