Corporate Legal Manager

About the role

The Corporate Legal Manager is responsible for overseeing all legal aspects of commercial activities within the region. The role ensures swift, efficient, and cost‑effective handling of contracts, procurement, and risk management while supporting cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day legal assistance to global commercial and procurement teams.
• Draft, review, and negotiate restructuring documents, contract amendments, and vendor/customer agreements.
• Manage contract workflows, shared mailbox operations, and timely triage of legal requests across regions.
• Build trust with internal stakeholders such as procurement, sales, finance, and HR.
• Translate complex legal language into clear terms for non‑legal audiences.
• Maintain high attention to detail to identify risks and inconsistencies in contracts.
• Adapt to changing business priorities and legal landscapes while upholding ethical standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B).
• 7–10 years of experience in commercial contract law, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Strong understanding of contract law, procurement processes, and risk management.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced setting.
