Corporate Legal Counsel

About the role

You will serve as the company's principal legal advisor, working closely with executive leadership to provide commercially pragmatic legal guidance across multiple jurisdictions. The role covers corporate governance, commercial contracts, regulatory compliance, employment matters, M&A, risk management and litigation.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure ongoing compliance with applicable laws, regulations, corporate obligations and internal governance frameworks across multiple jurisdictions.
• Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts and agreements.
• Manage regulatory compliance and oversee employment/labour law matters.
• Support mergers and acquisitions, including due‑diligence and transaction documentation.
• Identify, assess and mitigate legal risks, and manage litigation when required.
• Provide clear, commercially practical legal advice to business units.
