Corporate Finance Analyst – Treasury & FP&A

About the role

We are looking for a resourceful and driven professional to join DESRI in Hyderabad, India. The successful candidate will become part of a small, inclusive, highly skilled team supporting DESRI’s wind, solar and battery portfolio in an agile environment that values collaboration, thoughtful problem solving, and attention to detail.

Key responsibilities

• Manage corporate‑level debt facilities and support treasury initiatives, including cash forecasting at project and corporate levels.
• Develop and maintain short‑term and long‑term cash position models, track deal flow, and plan upcoming fundings.
• Identify and mitigate liquidity and covenant compliance risks while optimizing cash distributions.
• Utilize and enhance existing forecasting and budgeting tools, and implement new solutions to broaden forecasting capabilities.
• Collaborate with lenders, investors, legal counsel, and senior management on financing initiation, modeling, due diligence, closing, and ongoing compliance.
• Prepare periodic financing reports for lenders and senior leadership, and drive process improvements in corporate finance workflows and controls.

Required profile

• Education: MBA in Finance or Chartered Accountant (CA) degree.
• Experience: 1–2 years in Treasury, Corporate Finance, FP&A, or Accounting‑related functions.
• Work style: Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively across different time zones and jurisdictions.
