About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Cook to join our kitchen team and deliver consistent, high‑quality food while providing exceptional customer service. You will work in a fast‑paced environment, ensuring every dish meets our standards for taste, presentation, and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to company recipes and portion guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area at all times.
• Manage time effectively to stay on track with daily menu and prep lists.
• Engage with customers, anticipate their needs, and suggest add‑ons.
• Support teammates by jumping in where needed and handling additional projects.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of cooking experience preferred.
• Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and ability to work independently.
• Eagerness to learn new techniques and adapt to changing priorities.
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Required skills

• Good basic knife and production skills.
• Proficiency with cooking techniques such as braising, sautéing, searing, and grilling.
• Knowledge of food handling, sanitation, safety, FIFO, and proper labeling.
• Ability to read and follow recipes, perform accurate recipe conversion and measuring.
• Use of all kitchen equipment and reporting of any deficiencies.
• Serve Safe and Allergen Certification preferred.
