About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Cook to join our kitchen team, delivering consistent quality dishes and a safe dining environment. The role involves preparing menu items, maintaining sanitation standards, and providing excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure food quality, taste, appearance, and proper portion sizes.
• Follow company recipes, daily menu and prep lists.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized work area.
• Manage time effectively to stay on schedule.
• Work independently at an assigned station while supporting teammates.
• Engage with customers, anticipate needs, and suggest add‑ons.
• Handle food labeling, serving temperatures, and FIFO inventory.
• Report equipment deficiencies and follow safety protocols.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of cooking experience (preferred).
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn and adapt.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Good hygiene and hand‑washing practices.

Required skills

• Knife handling and basic cutting techniques.
• Production line cooking and portion control.
• Cooking methods: braising, sautéing, searing, grilling.
• Recipe conversion, precise measuring, and use of kitchen equipment.
• Food safety knowledge (Serve Safe, allergen handling).
• FIFO inventory management and food labeling.
• Understanding of serving temperature control.
