Content Strategic Lead

About the role

The Content Strategic Lead will drive the internal communication flow and champion the company’s brand image. This role combines project management, stakeholder coordination, and strategic content planning to ensure seamless execution of corporate communication initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage information and facilitate internal operations of the communications team.
• Promote the desired corporate image through strategic content initiatives.
• Track, record, and own project progress, applying best‑practice project management techniques.
• Act as a convener: prepare agendas, conduct research, and provide inputs to the Corporate Communication War Room.
• Prepare MIS reports and coordinate with various editorial sub‑functions.
• Follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of action items.

Required profile

• Graduation or post‑graduation degree.
• 5‑10 years of relevant experience in corporate communications or media.
• Strong interest in corporate communication concepts and processes.
• Good knowledge of the media industry.
• Team player with initiative, clear communication, and excellent presentation skills.
• Perseverance, resourcefulness, and a high‑energy, excellence‑driven attitude.
