Consultant - Product Development & Development

About the role

Kantar is looking for a Consultant to join its Dashboard Product Development team for Kantar Marketplace, reporting to the Director, Product Management and Development. The role works with a distributed team across Creative, Innovation, Brand and Media solution areas, and with tech and product manager peers, to support key strategic growth areas. The consultant understands business needs, documents product processes and requirements and communicates with stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders and peers across solution areas to understand their needs, goals and objectives, and independently drive product dashboard discussions, roadmaps and achievements.
• Analyse and map business processes to identify areas for scalable product development.
• Document business processes, requirements and workflows, and create detailed requirement specifications, use cases and functional specifications.
• Keep documentation up to date in ADO and AHA, and report critical metrics through them to manage the product roadmap, documentation and status.
• Collaborate with the technical team so requirements are understood and implemented correctly, and give input on technical solutions.
• Use Excel, SQL and/or other data analysis tools to support decisions, solve complex business problems and propose improvements and efficiencies.

Required profile

• Experience developing and/or working in product dashboards to address key client needs.
• Comfortable working within an Agile framework to deliver products on time.
• Ability to guide cross-functional teams and drive stakeholder discussions independently.
• Problem-solving proficiency and demeanour.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Excel and SQL is encouraged.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools is encouraged.
