Consultant - Cloud Transformation

About the role

The Cloud Transformation practice supports organisations in defining, designing and delivering enterprise‑wide cloud and technology strategies that drive growth, resilience and operational efficiency. As a Consultant, you will operate at the intersection of business strategy and technology transformation, turning executive priorities into concrete cloud, data and AI roadmaps, investment plans and governance models.

Key responsibilities

• Support technology strategy engagements covering cloud, data, AI, application strategy, operating model design and IT cost management.
• Conduct cloud readiness assessments and 6R analyses to recommend optimal migration pathways.
• Perform technology, cloud and AI maturity assessments and advise on improvement actions.
• Provide guidance on Cloud FinOps, total cost of ownership, cost optimisation, consumption governance and vendor strategy.
• Define enterprise data and AI strategies aligned with business outcomes and prioritize high‑value AI use cases.
• Design technology, cloud and AI roadmaps, implementation strategies and high‑level architectures.
• Craft business cases that demonstrate value of cloud, AI and digital modernisation.
• Assess application portfolios and recommend modernisation approaches based on value, health, cost and risk.
• Design future‑ready operating models for technology, cloud and AI.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in technology strategy consulting, digital transformation, data & AI strategy, cloud advisory or enterprise IT transformation.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong knowledge of technology, cloud and AI operating models, governance and ways of working.
• Relevant certifications in cloud, data, AI, enterprise architecture or Agile are desirable.
• MBA with strong academic record is a plus; a B.Tech degree is mandatory.
