Construction Project Manager – Bangalore

About the role

Based in Bangalore, you will lead, manage and organise construction projects for H&M Group, ensuring compliance with company policies, local legislation and industry best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate design, execution and logistics for construction projects.
• Prepare and present budgets and business cases.
• Monitor costs and supplier performance to maintain financial transparency.
• Drive tendering and contracting processes.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders to provide timely information.

Required profile

• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, projects and tasks simultaneously.
• Strong supplier and contract management skills, especially under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication with a high sense of urgency.
• Good understanding of construction in a retail environment, including risk and opportunity identification.
• Experience in retail construction, facility management or real estate is preferred.
• High performance contribution with no disciplinary concerns.
