Construction cum Quality Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Construction cum Quality Manager to lead on‑site supervision of civil and environmental infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with relevant codes, quality standards and testing procedures. The role will focus on water supply, wastewater and sewerage systems primarily in Karnataka.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise construction activities on‑site, coordinating with contractors and engineers.
• Implement and monitor quality assurance plans, conduct inspections and testing in accordance with applicable codes.
• Ensure that water supply, used‑water management and sewerage works meet design specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and review quality documentation, reports and corrective action plans.
• Collaborate with project teams to resolve technical issues and improve construction processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of overall on‑site supervision experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in water supply, wastewater or sewerage projects.
• Demonstrated experience on projects in Karnataka.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental or Public Health Engineering; Master’s in Construction Management is a plus.
• Proficiency in Kannada is preferred.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Indian construction codes and quality standards.
• Familiarity with testing procedures for water and sewerage systems.
