About the role
The BIM Technician – Electrical will support the design team by creating detailed electrical models and drawings for infrastructure projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with standards.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare lighting and power layouts
- Develop lighting and power circuiting and DB details
- Design cable tray layouts and cable trench routes
- Create single line diagrams and external lighting layouts
- Produce earthing, lightning protection, and ASS room layouts
- Plan HT & LT cable route layouts and block diagrams
Required profile
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering
- 5‑8 years of relevant experience
Required skills
- Design of lighting and power layouts
- DB detailing and circuiting
- Cable tray and trench routing
- Single line diagram creation
- Earthing and lightning protection design
- Cable sizing and breaker selection
- Quantity estimation for electrical works
