Community Manager – India (Remote)

About the role

Rise In is looking for a passionate Community Manager to grow and engage its developer ecosystem across India. You will work remotely, collaborating with students, builders, and ecosystem partners to drive community growth, organize events, and support onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage developer communities across universities, cities, and online platforms.
• Engage members through Discord, Telegram, Twitter, WhatsApp and other channels.
• Organize workshops, meetups, hackathons and bootcamps, handling logistics and communications.
• Support onboarding, retention, and participation in hackathons, bootcamps and builder programs.
• Develop relationships with universities, student clubs, and local ecosystem organizers.

Required profile

• Experience in community management, student leadership, developer relations or event operations.
• Strong execution, coordination and independent ownership skills.
• Interest in Web3 and blockchain ecosystems.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for events.
