Community & Brand Partnerships Manager

About the role

This is a relationship‑first position that puts you at the public face of a fast‑growing dairy‑free dessert and beverage brand. You will connect the brand with chefs, operators, distributors and trade media to ensure the products appear on restaurant menus.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage operators, chefs, consultants, distributors and influencers on LinkedIn, Instagram, events and podcasts.
• Participate in daily conversations about menu innovation, beverages, desserts and dairy‑free trends.
• Drive event follow‑up before and after trade shows, turning introductions into lasting relationships.
• Own the brand’s LinkedIn and Instagram presence from planning to posting and community interaction.
• Transform customer wins and menu launches into spotlights, reels and case studies.
• Amplify executive thought leadership to reach relevant audiences.
• Monitor competitor moves, emerging trends and notable menu innovations across hospitality and foodservice.
• Share insights with sales and leadership to enable timely action.
• Identify partnership, PR and speaking opportunities, assist with award submissions and maintain trade‑media relations.

Required profile

• 3–7 years of experience in marketing, communications, social media, community management or PR.
• Proven track record managing LinkedIn and Instagram business accounts with genuine engagement.
• Strong writing ability to give the brand a human voice.
• Highly organized, self‑directed and comfortable owning work without constant supervision.
• Enjoys initiating conversations with new contacts and building influence through consistency and authenticity.
