Communications & Engagement Supervising Associate

About the role

EY is looking for a seasoned Communications and Engagement professional to join its Brand, Marketing and Communications GDS team. You will partner with senior leaders and business units to craft compelling internal content and drive engagement across EY’s internal channels.

Key responsibilities

• Write, edit, produce and curate content for internal news articles, personnel announcements, newsletters, videos, reports, meeting and town‑hall materials, and intranet pages.
• Project‑manage the planning and rollout of webcasts, virtual meetings and other digital events.
• Develop and execute internal communications strategies and plans in collaboration with senior executives.
• Interview stakeholders to gather information and draft business leadership messages.
• Design and implement communications initiatives that align with business priorities and inspire employees.
• Collaborate with internal teams on multiple projects to ensure consistent messaging.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years of overall professional experience, including 7‑9 years in communications and engagement.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in English literature, mass communication or journalism.
• Exceptional written English skills with a portfolio of writing samples.
• Strong editing, proofreading and project‑management capabilities.
• High attention to detail and ability to translate leadership strategy into clear deliverables.
• Business acumen and a proactive, fast‑learning attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Experience using content management systems (CMS).
• Familiarity with communications analytics tools.
• Video scripting and production knowledge.
• SharePoint usage for collaboration and content sharing.
