Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead performance‑driven campaigns for our holistic cosmetology clinic. The role focuses on driving qualified leads, online sales and business growth through Meta and Google advertising platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
• Manage campaign budgets and maximize ROI through data‑driven optimization.
• Develop and implement e‑commerce marketing strategies to increase online sales and conversions.
• Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite and Google Ads Manager.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
• Collaborate closely with the Sales Team to align marketing campaigns with revenue targets and improve lead quality.
• Analyze customer behavior, conversion funnels and campaign metrics to continuously improve performance.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends, platform updates and best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Business or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in digital/performance marketing.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work closely with sales and cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Meta Ads Manager.
• Hands‑on experience with Google Ads (including Google Ads Manager).
• Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4) and performance dashboards.
• Experience in e‑commerce marketing and conversion‑focused strategies.
