CMD Apprentice – Client & Market Development

About the role

The CMD Apprentice will work with the Client & Market Development Operations team in Delhi, supporting Client Development Coordinators (CDCs) on tactical and operational tasks for Global Strategic Clients. The role involves preparing internal and external reports, organising meetings and presentations, conducting client research, and providing general administrative assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Understand the role of business development in driving growth of top‑tier clients.
• Use internal tools and databases to produce reports in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Provide administrative support, including report building and meeting coordination.
• Research and share relevant news for clients.
• Coordinate with Delhi and global teams to gather required information.
• Maintain rapport with internal BRS teams and other Delhi office groups.

Required profile

• General software proficiency (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with short turnaround times.
• Confident, resilient, focused and able to work independently.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
