About the role
The Cluster Manager will lead onboarding and account management activities for Swiggy Dineout’s restaurant partners across multiple cities. This role focuses on building strong partner relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring the field team meets its performance targets.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee onboarding and day‑to‑day account management for restaurant partners.
- Meet top accounts regularly to understand their mindset, investment appetite and growth goals.
- Resolve partner queries and objections, supporting the frontline sales team.
- Analyze P&L, revenue expectations and investment capability of partners.
- Provide commercial insights, propose seasonal revisions and counter‑measures against competitor actions.
- Track daily sales activities, weekly account growth/de‑growth and performance of low‑share outlets.
- Present action plans, monitor execution of revenue line items such as advertisements, RPO targets and marketing activities.
- Engage directly with the field team, set expectations and coach on best practices.
Required profile
- Experience overseeing onboarding and account management activities.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with top restaurant partners.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret P&L data and performance metrics.
- Leadership experience in managing a sales or field operations team.
