Civil Billing Engineer

About the role

Onecrest Infra is seeking a Civil Billing Engineer to ensure accurate and timely billing for its construction projects. You will work closely with project, site, procurement, and accounts teams, translating on‑site progress into measurable, billable quantities.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and verify contractor and subcontractor bills based on actual site work.
• Take and validate site measurements, maintaining precise records.
• Review BOQs, work orders, rate schedules, and contract terms before processing bills.
• Cross‑check claimed quantities against approved drawings, specifications, and site progress.
• Prepare measurement sheets, RA bills, reconciliation statements, and supporting documents.
• Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, project teams, and accounts to resolve billing discrepancies.
• Assist with rate analysis, variation claims, extra‑item billing, and quantity reconciliation.
• Track certified, processed, and pending bills to ensure timely closure and maintain proper documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• 5‑8 years of experience in civil billing, quantity surveying, or project commercial functions, preferably in real‑estate or construction.
• Hands‑on experience with BOQs, measurement sheets, RA bills, and quantity reconciliation.
• Strong understanding of civil construction drawings, specifications, and rate analysis.
• Excellent numerical, analytical, documentation, and coordination abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel.
