Chief of Staff – Online Brands

About the role

Curefoods is looking for a strategic partner to support the Head of Online Brands across its cloud‑kitchen and food‑delivery portfolio (Olio Pizza, CakeZone, Eatfit, Nomad, Arambam). The role sits at the intersection of strategy, growth and execution, turning high‑impact ideas into measurable outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Own the operating rhythm: weekly/monthly business reviews, deep‑dives, OKR tracking and cross‑functional execution.
• Represent priorities in forums across operations, finance, HR, product and marketing, driving alignment on timelines.
• Filter incoming initiatives, resolve cross‑functional matters independently, and synthesize decisions needing senior attention.
• Identify operational bottlenecks, design streamlined workflows and monitor efficiency gains.
• Lead special projects such as new brand launches, market entry, org structuring, cost optimisation and process redesign.
• Partner with HR, finance and other enabling functions on payroll, hiring, vendor reconciliation and other cross‑cutting priorities.
• Act as a communication bridge between the Head and functional leaders, unblocking teams with decisions, resources and alignment.

Required profile

• 4–7 years of experience, preferably in food‑tech, D2C, startups or multi‑brand consumer businesses.
• Strong commercial and analytical mindset; comfortable with P&L, growth metrics and business performance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to build relationships and manage change.
• High ownership, bias for action and the ability to move seamlessly between strategy and execution.
