Chemist – Application Technology Rinse‑off

About the role

We are looking for a Chemist specialized in rinse‑off application technology to develop innovative solutions that meet business needs across South Asia and beyond. You will support regional markets, create promotion kits, and lead key customer projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement rinse‑off application technologies aligned with market demands.
• Collaborate with local and regional market development teams to create marketing concepts and solutions.
• Provide technical support for rinse‑off products and manage key customer projects in South Asia.
• Transfer global application technology and new product launches to the local market.
• Support seminars, workshops, trainings, and events.
• Maintain documentation, technical data, and ensure lab safety, health, and environmental compliance.

Required profile

• BSc or MSc in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of laboratory experience.
• Fluent English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Strong customer focus and effective communication skills.
