Chauffeur

About the role

The role involves transporting guests to and from assigned destinations using the property’s vehicle, ensuring safety, punctuality and a high level of service. The chauffeur will also handle vehicle maintenance checks and document all trips and incidents.

Key responsibilities

• Run daily reports on arrivals and departures, identify special requests and verify accuracy.
• Transport guests to designated locations, park the vehicle appropriately when not in use.
• Inspect the vehicle for damage, cleanliness, tire pressure, fluid levels and refuel as needed.
• Document trips before departure and after completion, and report any vehicle incidents.
• Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling and employee relations as needed.
• Follow company policies, maintain professional appearance and protect confidential information.
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting, moving, and navigating stairs or ramps while handling objects up to 75 lb with assistance.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Less than one year of related experience.
• Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
• No supervisory experience required.
