Channel Sales Manager

About the role

The Channel Sales Manager will lead the acquisition of GPS devices and FASTag onboarding across an assigned cluster. This role combines field execution, channel management, and team leadership to expand market presence, especially within the commercial vehicle segment.

Key responsibilities

• Drive GPS device sales through open‑market channels and lead FASTag acquisition at toll plazas, transport hubs, and with fleet operators.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase penetration in the commercial vehicle ecosystem.
• Build, manage, and scale a network of agents and channel partners, ensuring onboarding, training, and retention.
• Set incentive structures, monitor agent performance, and drive productivity.
• Lead a large field‑agent team across multiple locations, set targets, conduct field visits, and coach team members.
• Oversee FASTag onboarding processes, monitor daily sales activities, and coordinate inventory, logistics, and issue resolution with internal teams.
• Develop and maintain relationships with toll plaza authorities, transport unions, and fleet owners.
• Track sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to inform data‑driven strategies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales and FASTag acquisition through agent networks.
• Background in GPS, telematics, fintech, or mobility solutions is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving abilities.
• High ownership mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑oriented environment.
• Experience managing large, distributed field teams and multi‑location operations.
