Sales Associate

About the role

The Sales Associate will work full‑time on‑site in Delhi, representing a leading snack brand. You will interact directly with customers, explain product features and help them make the right purchase decisions while ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, demonstrate product benefits and assist with selection.
• Maintain attractive product displays and keep shelves well‑stocked.
• Monitor stock levels and report replenishment needs.
• Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Handle customer inquiries, basic documentation and billing.
• Support in‑store promotional activities and campaigns.
• Collaborate with the store and operations team to achieve sales targets and uphold service standards.

Required profile

• Strong customer service attitude with polite interaction and active listening.
• Basic sales and retail abilities, including product demonstration and upselling.
• Numeracy and cash‑handling skills for accurate billing and payment processing.
• Organizational capability to keep displays clean and conduct simple inventory checks.
• Effective communication in English and local languages.
• Ability to stand for extended periods in a fast‑paced environment, including weekends or peak hours.
• Minimum education at high‑school level; prior FMCG or retail experience is a plus but not required.
