Paper Machine Service Manager

About the role

As the Sales Manager for paper machine services, you will be responsible for services and products in paper machines, from headbox to winder, and for cooperating with colleagues to provide complementary support for product management, audits and technology. You will implement the Paper Machine Service strategy, focusing on business development throughout the product lifecycle. With technical expertise, you will drive the product portfolio in the regional market using a customer‑centric approach and a collaborative spirit, aiming for preferred supplier status and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the paper machine spares, services and rolls business development in the India region.
• Take business responsibility for India region PM service and PFR business.
• Support sales strategies with a focus on the right solution for customers.
• Responsible for year‑on‑year business growth and customer satisfaction in the assigned area.
• Analyze demand for paper machine products and services and assess market share.
• Analyze competitor strengths, weaknesses, offerings and market share.

Required profile

• 10‑15 years of experience in paper machine services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
