Key responsibilities

• Provide high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable about all products and collaborating with co‑workers.
• Greet and receive customers in a welcoming manner, answer their questions, and escort them to racks and counters.
• Document sales by creating or updating customer profile records.
• Manage financial transactions, process payments, and handle cash, credit and debit cards.
• Alert management to potential security issues.
• Assist with inventory tasks, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
• Notify clientele about sales, new merchandise, and items of interest.

Required profile

• Proficient in spoken and written English.
• Demonstrable leadership abilities and teamwork.
• Graduate in any discipline; freshers welcome, 2–3 years retail experience preferred.
• Ability to work 6 days a week on 8.5‑hour shifts (morning or afternoon).
