Captain & Guest Service Associate (Food & Beverage)

About the role

ZOA is seeking enthusiastic hospitality professionals to join its Food & Beverage Service Team in Jodhpur. The position combines the responsibilities of a Captain, who leads the service floor, and a Guest Service Associate, who ensures seamless guest interactions in a premium dining setting.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service with professionalism and attention to detail.
• Take orders accurately and ensure timely service of food and beverages.
• Maintain thorough product knowledge and confidently recommend menu items.
• Coordinate effectively with the kitchen, bar, and fellow service team members.
• Uphold cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards throughout the dining area.
• Address guest requests promptly and resolve any concerns.
• Follow ZOA’s service standards and SOPs to create memorable dining experiences.

Required profile

• Experience in restaurants, hotels, cafés, or similar hospitality establishments.
• For Captain role: minimum 2 years of supervisory or captain experience.
• For Guest Service Associate role: 0–3 years of experience; freshers with a positive attitude are welcome.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Well‑groomed, customer‑focused, and passionate about hospitality.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
