Capital Projects Management Specialist - Primavera P6 Scheduler

About the role

Gratitude India is looking for a specialized scheduler with strong expertise in Primavera P6 and hands-on infrastructure project scheduling experience. The role supports Scheduling Operations Services for hyperscale data centre infrastructure programs, developing, maintaining and executing schedules in Primavera P6 across several projects. It works closely with Scheduling Leads and global delivery teams to keep schedules accurate, reports timely and data quality high.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, update and maintain integrated project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Monitor project progress, critical path activities, milestones and schedule baselines.
• Perform schedule health checks, progress validation, variance analysis and performance reporting.
• Ensure schedule accuracy, data integrity, version control and compliance with scheduling standards.
• Support time impact assessments, scenario modelling, schedule optimization and planning.
• Coordinate with scheduling leads, project teams and global stakeholders across multiple projects.
• Resolve moderately complex scheduling issues and help improve processes.
• Manage assigned work efforts and support team objectives; flexible to work in rotational shifts if required.

Required profile

• Hands-on Primavera P6 scheduling experience in infrastructure or capital projects.
• Knowledge of project lifecycle stages: planning, engineering, construction and commissioning.
• Experience in schedule analytics, progress tracking, variance analysis and reporting.
• Exposure to hyperscale data centres or large-scale infrastructure projects preferred.
• PMP, PMI-SP or Primavera certification preferred.
