Cafe Worker

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic Cafe Workers to join our team across multiple locations in Coimbatore. You will be the face of our café, delivering high‑quality coffee, tea and other beverages while ensuring a welcoming environment for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and a variety of hot and cold beverages according to company standards.
• Handle point‑of‑sale transactions, including sales billing and cash handling.
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the service area, equipment, and seating zones.
• Manage multiple tasks during busy periods, ensuring smooth operation of the café.

Required profile

• Positive attitude with a passion for hospitality.
• Ability to work in fast‑paced environments and handle shift schedules.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset.
• Reliability and willingness to work morning (6 am‑2 pm) or afternoon (2 pm‑10 pm) shifts.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of coffee and tea preparation techniques.
• Experience with point‑of‑sale systems and cash handling.
• Attention to detail for cleanliness and hygiene standards.
