Business Development Manager – U.S. Market (MEP)

About the role

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to lead client acquisition for our BIM drafting, architectural drafting, and interior design services in the United States. The role focuses on generating high‑quality leads, managing the sales pipeline, and building long‑term relationships with U.S. AEC and design firms.

Key responsibilities

• Generate U.S. leads using LinkedIn, cold email, referrals, and outbound sales techniques.
• Build and manage the sales pipeline from prospecting through closure.
• Conduct client calls, follow‑ups, prepare proposals, and negotiate contracts.
• Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with U.S. architecture, engineering, and construction companies.
• Maintain CRM records and track sales performance metrics.

Required profile

• 2–5+ years of B2B business development or sales experience.
• Proven experience in U.S. market outreach and lead generation.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Ability to work with U.S. time zones.
