Business Development Manager – Luxury Packaging (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to lead outbound acquisition for our luxury packaging portfolio. The role is fully remote and aligned with German/CET business hours, focusing on top French and American luxury brands in beauty, fashion, hospitality and jewelry.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, map and target new business opportunities across global luxury sectors through systematic outbound prospecting.
• Conduct structured interviews with marketing and purchasing leaders to uncover pain points and shape sales strategy.
• Build and manage a disciplined pipeline, moving prospects from cold outreach to qualified opportunities.
• Develop trust‑based relationships with decision‑makers at leading luxury companies.
• Collaborate with operating teams to continuously refine the sales process and improve conversion rates.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of experience in active outbound sales hunting, prospecting or structured management consulting.
• Strong familiarity with luxury packaging (secondary packaging, bags, textiles, gift items, merchandising).
• Data‑driven, systematic approach to sales development and pipeline building.
• Full availability during German/CET working hours.
• Professional English proficiency; French fluency is a strong plus.

• Ability to conduct market mapping and insight‑led selling.
• Proficiency in using CRM or sales automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
