Business Development Manager

About the role

Chat360 is an AI‑powered customer engagement platform serving over 400 brands. We are looking for a motivated Business Development Manager to help expand our client base by introducing AI‑driven solutions across WhatsApp, web, social platforms, Voice AI and Agentic AI.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and connect with potential business customers.
• Understand prospects' challenges and present Chat360’s AI solutions.
• Engage decision‑makers, conduct product demos and build lasting relationships.
• Follow up with leads, manage opportunities through the sales pipeline, and support proposal creation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to close new business and achieve sales targets.

Required profile

• Freshers or candidates with 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, client servicing or a similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Confident, curious, and comfortable speaking with people at all levels.
• Genuine interest in AI, technology, and startup environments.
• Target‑oriented mindset with willingness to take ownership.
• Any graduate background (Engineering, MBA, Commerce, etc.) is welcome.
