Manager - Talent Management & Brand Partnerships

About the role

SkyBlue Media, an international media group with operations in Malaysia, Dubai and India, is hiring a Manager / Senior Manager for its Mumbai Sales & Business Development team. The role sits under the Business Director - India and focuses on signing talent and creators, connecting them with brands, and bringing AI-powered entertainment ideas to life. It is full-time, on-site, five days a week (Monday to Friday), reporting to the Business Director - India.

Key responsibilities

• Talent acquisition and onboarding: proactively reach out to, pitch and sign artists from A-list Bollywood celebrities to B-list and rising digital/regional talent, and educate them and their managers and agencies on the monetisation potential of AI and digital-replica projects.
• Brand pitching and commercial sales: pitch signed talent to corporate brands, media agencies and gaming studios for commercials, digital ads and appearances, and drive the pipeline for AI brand assignments such as licensed AI voiceovers, digital avatars and automated personalised brand videos.
• Deal negotiation and closure: own the commercial negotiations, secure high-value contracts and clear usage rights, and ensure legal agreements cover AI protection, deepfake safety guardrails and likeness rights alongside traditional clauses.
• Relationship management: act as the primary point of contact for artists, ensuring smooth communication and flawless delivery of brand commitments.

Required profile

• 5 years plus of experience in celebrity management, talent agency representation, influencer marketing or media ad-sales in Mumbai.
• Proven track record of negotiating commercial deals and handling complex artist contracts.
• Strong existing channels or direct access to talent managers, PR agencies and celebrity networks.
• Understanding of how AI, deepfakes and digital twins are changing brand endorsements.
• Exceptional pitching, presentation and interpersonal skills with high-profile artists and brand managers.
