Sales Executive – Construction Chemicals

About the role

Monalisa Group of Services is hiring a Sales Executive in Mumbai for its Sales and Business Development department, reporting to the GM or NSM. The role sets and achieves sales targets, develops new markets and territories and leads presentations and product demonstrations.

Key responsibilities

• Establish new accounts by identifying potential customers and create sales goals and strategies for products and territories.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and yearly sales targets.
• Plan and organize the sales call schedule and maintain a Sales MIS.
• Develop and nurture key accounts and lead product presentations and demonstrations.
• Ensure timely credit control and recovery of outstanding dues, resolve customer complaints and keep up to date with technical knowledge.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in construction/coating chemicals and polymer emulsions; 2-5 years total experience preferred.
• BSc graduate preferred.
• Willingness to travel pan India and to carry out business development.
• Own two-wheeler with documents, for local travel.

Required skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication and client-interfacing skills.
• Computer literacy, including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to think critically, solve problems and work under pressure.
• Desired: team leadership, performance focus and self-motivation.

What we offer

• Annual CTC of Rs. 3,00,000 to Rs. 5,00,000.
