About the role

GRMC Advisory Services is looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to accelerate growth across India. The role focuses on identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and supporting the company’s expansion in market research, advisory, and consulting.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify new business opportunities across Tier‑1, Tier‑2 and emerging markets in India.
• Drive revenue growth with a client‑first sales approach, delivering tailored solutions.
• Conduct sector‑specific analysis (BFSI, Healthcare, Retail, Infrastructure, Technology) to pinpoint high‑potential projects.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to shape and execute mid‑ and long‑term business development strategies.
• Develop marketing initiatives, thought‑leadership content and sales collateral to strengthen brand positioning.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisory partner.
• Prepare and present compelling business proposals aligned with client requirements.
• Monitor market trends, competitive landscape and policy changes, providing strategic insights to senior management.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences and networking forums to generate leads.
