Business Development Manager – Chemical Products

About the role

Ariix, a manufacturer of specialty chemical intermediates, is seeking a Business Development Manager to expand its international customer base. You will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and supporting the sales cycle from quotation to contract.

Key responsibilities

• Contact potential clients, establish rapport and arrange meetings.
• Research organizations and individuals to uncover new business opportunities.
• Identify and develop new markets, improving overall sales performance.
• Prepare quotes, proposals and sales contracts for clients.
• Manage daily sales and marketing activities, including order tracking, export documentation and administrative tasks.
• Draft proposals, follow up leads and convert them into signed deals.
• Coordinate with clients to ensure smooth execution of agreements.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in international business development or sales management.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Comfortable using a computer for various business tasks.
• Experience in sales, marketing or related fields is a plus.
