Business Development Executive

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Business Development Executive to join our sales team. You will be the first point of contact for inbound leads, guiding prospects through product demos and the sales journey while building lasting relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inbound leads and inquiries via phone and email.
• Schedule and conduct online demo sessions using effective screen‑sharing tools.
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations that address client needs.
• Understand customer requirements, answer questions, and resolve concerns.
• Maintain strong relationships with potential clients and guide them through the sales process.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams for seamless lead handover.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
• Record all interactions and sales activities accurately in the CRM system.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree (mandatory).
• 1 to 4 years of experience in sales or business development.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal abilities and quick rapport building.
• Goal‑oriented with a passion for sales.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with virtual meeting tools.
• Experience using screen‑sharing tools.
• Familiarity with CRM systems for tracking activities.
