Business Development Executive – FMCG, Retail & Entertainment

About the role

We are seeking a high‑octane Business Development Executive to own end‑to‑end pipeline generation, outreach, proposal creation, and closure across the FMCG, Retail, and Entertainment sectors. You will act as a true hunter, building your own pipeline, conducting structured discovery, and closing high‑value brand and agency deals.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively prospect high‑quality leads via cold outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, warm introductions, and industry events.
• Lead discovery calls to capture campaign objectives, budgets, decision‑makers, timelines, and competitive landscape.
• Craft tailored, high‑converting proposals backed by sector‑specific case studies.
• Maintain flawless CRM hygiene, updating deal stages, next steps, and expected close dates.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
• Identify, pitch, and sign agency partners, developing a repeatable partnership playbook.
• Serve as primary point of contact for brand deals, managing contracts, pricing queries, and campaign onboarding.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on B2B sales experience in Ad Sales, Media Sales, Influencer Marketing, MarTech, or Agency Sales.
• Proven track record of closing high‑ticket deals of ₹10 Lakhs+ with named brands or agencies.
• Comfortable with cold outreach, multi‑channel prospecting, and self‑generating a healthy pipeline.
• System‑oriented mindset with a focus on scalable, repeatable sales tactics.
• Excellent objection‑handling and communication skills.
