Business Development Associate – Up to 5 LPA

About the role

Careerbloc, a fast‑growing EdTech innovator, is looking for energetic Business Development Associates to expand its network of educational institutions, training centres and corporate L&D teams across Tier‑1 and Tier‑2 cities in India. You will be the front‑line engine that connects partners with our data‑driven learning pathways and placement solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, outreach and convert schools, colleges, training centres and corporate L&D units into strategic partners.
• Conduct in‑person and virtual pitch meetings, tailor demo presentations and close partnership deals within set timelines.
• Build and maintain a robust lead pipeline using CRM tools, track conversion metrics and report weekly progress.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align partner offerings with market demand.
• Represent Careerbloc at education expos, campus events and industry meet‑ups to boost brand visibility.
• Stay updated on EdTech trends, competitor positioning and institutional pain points to refine pitch strategies.

Required profile

• Strong articulation and communication skills with a hunger to achieve targets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Willingness to travel for events and partner meetings.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Zoho or Salesforce.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator for lead generation.
• Basic data tracking and reporting capabilities.
