Broking Dealer – Equity Advisory (Delhi)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Broking Dealer to join our growing team in Delhi. You will play a key role in equity dealing and client servicing, advising customers on long‑term portfolio construction as well as short‑ and medium‑term trading ideas.

Key responsibilities

• Generate brokerage revenue by advising clients on equity portfolios for long‑term investments and positional trading ideas for short/medium terms.
• Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with existing customers to ensure high retention and attract new business.
• Collaborate closely with Relationship Managers to support and enhance overall business growth.
• Stay updated on market knowledge and intelligence to provide informed recommendations.
• Ensure all activities comply with the firm’s compliance and risk policies.
• Provide regular updates to the immediate superior as required.

Required profile

• Graduate or post‑graduate with 3‑4 years of overall experience, including at least 1‑2 years in equities client advisory.
• Strong understanding of capital markets and a result‑oriented, proactive attitude.
• Excellent networking, relationship‑building, and communication skills.
• Relevant certifications such as NSE Cash, NSE Derivatives, BSE Cash, and NISM Currency Derivatives.
