BIM Modeler – MicroStation (Full‑time)

About the role

Join AECOM’s Enterprise Capabilities team in Bengaluru as a BIM Modeler specializing in MicroStation. You will support utility and infrastructure design teams by producing accurate construction drawings and documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and edit 2D plans, profiles and cross‑sections using MicroStation.
• Import, reference and coordinate data from Civil 3D, OpenRoads Designer, InRoads Designer and other platforms.
• Maintain drawings and project data in ProjectWise / ACC for version control and collaboration.
• Generate drawing sheets, annotations, dimensions and labels following project templates and QA/QC procedures.
• Assist with DWG‑to‑DGN and DGN‑to‑DWG conversions while preserving data integrity.
• Support multidisciplinary coordination for utility corridors, road alignments and related civil works.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Civil Technology or Civil Drafting.
• 3–6 years of experience in MicroStation‑based drafting for civil infrastructure or utility projects.
• Strong understanding of municipal infrastructure standards and wet utility networks.
