About the role
We are seeking a BIM Architect with 3–5 years of experience to develop and coordinate architectural BIM models for multiple projects in Noida. The role involves ensuring compliance with project standards, quality requirements, and delivery timelines.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed architectural BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
- Prepare architectural plans, elevations, sections, details, and construction documentation.
- Coordinate architectural models with structural and MEP disciplines and resolve design clashes.
- Produce BIM documentation, sheets, schedules, and model‑based deliverables adhering to project‑specific standards.
Required profile
- Bachelor's or Diploma in Architecture or a related discipline.
- 3–5 years of hands‑on BIM architecture experience.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
Required skills
- Autodesk Revit Architecture
- AutoCAD
- Navisworks (advantage)
- Understanding of LOD, BIM standards, model setup, and quality checks
