Beauty Advisor / Make‑up Artist (Retail)

About the role

As a Beauty Advisor and Make‑up Artist you will create a welcoming, inspirational and personalised in‑store experience that educates and delights customers. You will work alongside a high‑performing team to drive in‑store events and uphold visual‑merchandising standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide tailored beauty consultations and makeup applications.
• Assist customers with product selection, offering education and inspiration.
• Support in‑store events and promotional activities.
• Maintain high visual‑merchandising standards to differentiate the store.
• Operate retail point‑of‑sale software and handle transactions.

Required profile

• Certification in make‑up artistry or previous retail makeup experience is preferred, but amateur level applicants with strong creative skills are welcome.
• Ability to deliver authentic, personalised customer service.
• Willingness to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends and special events.
• Proof of right to live and work in the country.
