Bartender

About the role

The Hoxton Bengaluru City is looking for a Bartender for its first neighbourhood hotel in Asia, set to open in the city centre in 2026. The hotel will feature 149 bedrooms, an all-day dining restaurant and bar in the lobby, a rooftop pool and bar, function rooms and an events space.

Key responsibilities

• Create a fun and relaxed atmosphere where guests can wind down and enjoy themselves.
• Know your products and systems inside out.
• Make soft drinks and cocktails, including seasonal changes.
• Work with the team to keep things running smoothly and help the wider F&B team.
• Anticipate guest needs and proactively provide solutions so expectations are exceeded.

Required profile

• Previous bar tending experience and basic drinks knowledge.
• Passion for hospitality and a desire to make a positive impact on guests.
• A natural people person who is confident behind the bar and enjoys working in a supportive, fun team.
