Chef de Partie

About the role

The Hoxton Bengaluru City, a new neighbourhood hotel opening in the city centre in 2026, is looking for a Chef de Partie to run a section in its busy kitchen. The hotel will have 149 bedrooms, an all-day dining restaurant and bar, a rooftop pool and bar, function rooms and an events space.

Key responsibilities

• Run a section in the kitchen and bring delicious flavours to guests' tables
• Nurture and develop the kitchen team, creating an environment where they can be themselves
• Keep operations running smoothly, with orders and deliveries arriving as needed and food hygiene standards kept high
• Work with the Executive Chef on ideas and techniques
• Ensure statutory compliance in all food and drink areas
• Check the details so every dish served is as good as the last

Required profile

• Previous experience in a fast-moving kitchen team, with freshness and provenance of ingredients as a priority
• Passion for food, fresh ingredients and hospitality
• Natural leader who leads by example and manages others
• Passion for creativity while keeping brand standards intact
• Positive attitude, teamwork and willingness to try new things
